Our highly skilled and experienced staff can provide high-caliber server management and administration for your server and relieve you or your staff from the management burden and responsibility. Unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement, system administration services include:
System and User Management Operating System upgrades Standard software upgrades and service release updates Mail Server (adding/deleting users, mail forwards, auto-responders) Web Server and FTP Server management (access control, adding domains, basic password security, server module support) Other customer specific tasks detailed in service agreement Operating System Troubleshooting Log File Rotation and Analysis Software Installation and Configuration Standard or customer-specific applications. Specific setup and configuration instructions must be provided by customer.
System administration and troubleshooting does not include troubleshooting of problems with CGI scripts, custom applications, or any other customer-specific software, including, but not limited to: Perl scripts, custom CGI, Active Server Pages, shell scripts, and web/database integration.
Please Note: System administration and troubleshooting services also do not include costs of support services obtained from third-party software vendors should they be necessary to return a server to service.
