Level 1 remote hands services are provided as part of our standard services and are provided at no additional cost to our customers. Under this level of remote hands service S.M.A.C. Data Center’s technicians will provide, but are not limited to, basic assistance with monitoring of devices and reporting. Monitoring and proactively managing the availability and performance of a business infrastructure is an essential means to improve operating efficiency and ultimately profitability.
